Shipping
It depends on where you live.
- We calculate taxes/duties based on your order and destination.
- Check your checkout screen. They will appear as a separate line item if charged up-front.
- In some countries, you pay duties/taxes upon delivery. This is your responsibility.
- We'll clearly note all charges before you complete your order.
No. We legally cannot change or falsify customs documents.
We try to ship orders within 1-5 business days after verification.
- Our carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL) aim for worldwide delivery within 5 business days.
- Holidays or events outside our control may cause delays.
- If our carriers don't deliver to your area, we may use an alternative carrier or cancel and refund your order.
- You get an Order Confirmation email.
- Once shipped, you get a second email with a tracking link.
All shipments include tracking and insurance, but not always for the full retail price.
- Lost in Transit: We may cancel and refund your order instead of replacing it. We need to wait a reasonable time before declaring a package lost. You must provide proof that a claim has been lodged with the carrier.
- Stolen/Missing After Delivery: We are not responsible for packages stolen after they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If a package goes missing after delivery, contact your local post office and ask your neighbors.
Returns
We offer a 14-day free return period if you aren't completely happy.
- This 14-day period starts the day your item is delivered. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Trytanium watches have a "No Questions Asked" policy. You can remove stickers and size the bracelet. As long as there's no abuse or intentional damage, you can return it.
- RE-VERIFIED items and Free Gifts cannot be returned.
- Items bought from other retailers must be returned to them.
Yes. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping charges and import duties are not refunded.
- We recommend using a trackable service, as we can't process a refund until we receive the item.
- International customers: Any return taxes/duties charged to Olgavi will be deducted from your refund.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us @ olgavi.com/contact
We process your refund within 10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The money will be returned to your original payment method.
