3. Who pays for customs fees?

If you refuse a delivery (for any reason, including customs charges), you will be charged for:

  • The original shipping cost.
  • Any duties, taxes, or return shipping fees we have to pay.

5. Tracking says "Delivered," but I don't have it. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 business days of the listed delivery date.

  • This short window allows us to start an investigation with DHL while key details (like GPS location) are still available.
  • We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered if the issue is reported after this 7-day period.
