1. Processing Time

  • We ship all orders using DHL Express Shipping. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

* Important: We currently cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military or diplomatic addresses).

3. Who pays for customs fees?

 

You are responsible for paying any VAT, import duties, or taxes your country charges upon delivery.

  • We must legally declare the full value of your package on customs forms and cannot change or undervalue this information.

 

4. What if I refuse the package?

 

If you refuse a delivery (for any reason, including customs charges), you will be charged for:

  • The original shipping cost.
  • Any duties, taxes, or return shipping fees we have to pay.

5. Tracking says "Delivered," but I don't have it. What should I do?

 

Please contact us within 7 business days of the listed delivery date.

  • This short window allows us to start an investigation with DHL while key details (like GPS location) are still available.
  • We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered if the issue is reported after this 7-day period.
